Abstract
APARELHO E MÉTODO PARA MONITORAR ESFORÇO E/OU CARGA APLICADO A UM MAMÍFERO Aparelho é descrito para monitorar esforço e/ou carga aplicado ao corpo de um mamífero vertebrado. O aparelho inclui dispositivo (10, 11) para medir posição do corpo em relação a um quadro de referência de inércia e para fornecer primeiros dados indicativos da posição, onde o dispositivo para medir posição inclui pelo menos um sensor de inércia tal como um acelerômetro. O aparelho inclui dispositivo (12, 15 -19) para medir atividade muscular e para fornecer segundos dados indicativos da atividade muscular.O aparelho para processar os dados para fornecer uma medida de esforço e/ou carga ao corpo. O esforço e/ou carga é tipicamente aplicado ao dorso do mamífero. Um método de monitorar esforço e/ou carga aplicado ao corpo do mamífero vertebrado é também descrito.
