Abstract
SISTEMA PARA PRIORIDADE DE APLICATIVO COM BASE EM MODO DE OPERAÇÃO DO DISPOSITIVO. Sistema para prioridade de aplicativo com base no modo de operação do dispositivo. Um método é fornecido para alocação de um recurso visível superior em um dispositivo. O método inclui o recebimento de uma solicitação solicitando alocação do recurso visível superior para um aplicativo solicitante, e determinação de que o recurso visível superior é alocado para um aplicativo proprietário. O método também inclui informação do proprietário com informação de solicitante para formar uma solicitação de arbitragem. O método também inclui a arbitragem da solicitação de arbitragem para produzir uma decisão de arbitragem que indica que o recurso visível superior deve ser alocado para o aplicativo solicitante se a informação de proprietário indicar que o aplicativo proprietário é privilegiado e um identificador que identifica que o aplicativo solicitante está contido em uma lista relinquish associada com a informação de proprietário.
