Abstract
PROCESSOS PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE EXTRATOS VEGETAIS E COMPOSIÇÕES ALIMENTÍCIAS PARA ANIMAIS DE ESTIMAÇÃO. São apresentados, na presente invenção, processos para a preparação de extratos vegetais, bem como composições alimentícias que compreendem tais extratos. A matéria vegetal é selecionada entre abacate, alfafa, figo, prímula e misturas destas plantas. O processo inclui a obtenção de matéria vegetal selecionada a partir do grupo formado por abacate, alfafa, figo, prímula e misturas destas plantas, combinação da matéria vegetal com uma solução aquosa e, opcionalmente, com uma enzima, adição opcional de calor para produzir uma mistura vegetal digerível e concentração da mistura vegetal digerível para aumentar o teor de carboidrato. Os processos para a preparação de composições alimentícias incluem, ainda, a combinação de mistura vegetal digerível com um ou mais componentes de composição alimentícia.
