Abstract
FORMA DE DOSAGEM PARA DISTRIBUIÇÃO DE MÚLTIPLAS FORMAS DE FÁRMACOS. A presente invenção refere-se as formas de dosagem com Liberação controlada e métodos afins, incluindo: (a) uma forma de base micronizada ou líquida de um fármaco; (b) ou (1) uma forma de sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do fármaco, ou (ii) matérias-primas que são capazes de reagir para formar uma forma de sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do fármaco; (c) uma estrutura de liberação da forma de sai farmaceuticamente aceitável no sistema gastrointestinal superior; e (d) uma estrutura de liberação da forma de base no sistema colônico.
