Abstract
TROCADOR DE CALOR PARA UM VEÍCULO AUTOMOTOR, E, MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM CONJUNTO DE TANQUE DE TROCADOR DE CALOR É revelado um trocador de calor para transferir calor entre pelo menos fluidos de ferramenta e um método para formar o trocador de calor. O trocador de calor preferivelmente inclui um ou mais tanques de extremidade (12), uma ou mais entradas e saídas, um ou mais tubos, uma ou mais aletas, uma ou mais derivações, uma ou mais chicanas aperfeiçoadas (6), combinações dos mesmos ou similares. As chicanas aperfeiçoadas (6) atuam como um sistema de chicana, com vantagens sobre o sistema de chicana dupla de múltiplas peças, devido a serem montadas em uma só peça.
