Refere-se o presente invento, a um inédito e inovador dreno mediastinal, para ser aplicada e introduzido no mediastino, localizado entre os pulmões e consiste basicamente do coração, traquéia e esôfago, quando da realização de uma cirurgia cardíaca, através de um dreno provida de bolsas internas, insufladas para retirar os coágulos.
