Abstract
"REVESTIMENTO A AR COM TENSÃO CONSTANTE CONTÍNUA". A presente invenção refere-se a um fio revestido a ar que é formado pela alimentação de fios poliméricos múltiplos ao longo de um percurso predeterminado a um jato de ar. Antes de alcançar o jato de ar, as extremidades de fio polimérico são texturizadas para formar fios de revestimento. Um núcleo elastomérico é também alimentado ao longo de um percurso predeterminado para o jato de ar. O fio de revestimento e o núcleo elastomérico são então pneumaticamente embaraçados para formar um fio compósito.
