Refere-se o presente invento a um processo de revestimento de tubos de papel ou correlatos, novos ou usados, reciclado ou combinado em qualquer proporção, com aplicação de resinas atóxicas, natural ou sintética (mineral, animal, sintética), combinadas em qualquer proporção, sempre de modo a adequar a viscosidade intrínseca, eliminando eventuais micro ranhuras ou frestas criando uma parede lisa condutora de líquidos, com ou sem carga, interna e externamente, por centrifugação, spray ou natural.
