"APARELHO PROPRIOCEPTIVO / CINESTÉSICO E MÉTODO". A presente invenção refere-se a métodos e aparelhos proprioceptivos ou cinestésicos. Em uma modalidade, uma esteira proprioceptiva está descrita que compreende uma superfície de correr de contato de pé que gira ao redor de um par de polias espaçadas, a superfície de correr compreendendo pelo menos uma protuberância que projeta-se para cima da superfície de correr. Superfícies de exercício proprioceptivo, bicicletas de exercício, steppers, máquinas de esqui, máquinas de remar e máquinas de exercício elíptico estão também descritas.
