"FORMAS CRISTALINAS DE CLORIDRATO DE (+)- e (-)-ERITRO-MEFLOQUINA". O cloridrato de (+) - ou (-) eritro-mefloquina pode existir em quatro formas cristalinas A, B, C e D, pelo que formam a forma mais estável. A forma A pode ser produzida diretamente em formas morfológicas semelhantes a colunas grossas, cubóides, cubos e formas semelhantes a cubo, que podem ser facilmente manipuladas durante processamento e formulação. O cloridrato de (+)- ou (-)eritro-mefloquina também forma solvatos com acetona, metil etil cetona e tetraidrofurano.
