Abstract
"GENTISATO DE AMLODIPINA, MÉTODO DE PREPARAR O MESMO E COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA PARA TRATAMENTO DE DOENÇAS CARDIOVASCULARES". A presente invenção se refere a um sal de ácido de gentisato de amlodipina e a um método para sua preparação. Mais particularmente, a presente invenção se refere a um sal de ácido cristalino de gentisato de amlodipina da fórmula 1 a seguir preparado reagindo amlodipina e ácido gentísico, que é útil para o tratamento de doenças cardiovasculares e tem as vantagens de baixa toxicidade, excelente estabilidade, eficácias farmacêuticas aperfeiçoadas e concentração de longa duração no sangue.
