A presente invenção trata de uma composição em forma de spray que compreende um agente ativo farmacêutico, que é um derivado da vitamina D, pelo menos um silicone volátil e uma fase oleosa não volátil em um meio fisiologicamente aceitável, de seu processo de preparação e de seu uso em cosmética e em dermatologia.
