"IgG3 ÚTEIS PARA ESTIMULAR A FAGOCITOSE". A presente invenção refere-se a anticorpos monoclonais quiméricos, humanizados ou humanos de classe IgG3 produzidos em uma linhagem celular de mieloma de rato, notadamente a linhagem YB2/0. Esses anticorpos apresentam uma forte atividade em fagocitose e podem ser administrados para tratar os cânceres e as infecções.
