Abstract
"SISTEMA DE LIBERAÇÃO COMPREENDENDO UMA PELÍCULA DE GEL TERMORREVERSÍVEL, HOMOGÊNEA, PELÍCULA DE SISTEMA DE LIBERAÇÃO, E, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR O SISTEMA DE LIBERAÇÃO DA MESMA". A presente invenção está direcionada a um sistema de liberação que compreende uma pelicula de gel termorreversível, homogênica, em que a pelicula de gel compreende: (i) uma quantidade formadora de pelicula de alginato termorreversível solúvel em água e opcionalmente pelo menos um de um plastificante, um segundo formador de pelicula, um agente encorpante e um agente controlador de pH; e (ii) uma substância ativa. A presente invenção também está direcionada a um processo para a sua fabricação.
