Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÕES DE VENLAFAXINA COMPREENDENDO PÉLETES COM REVESTIMENTO DE CAMADA DUPLA". A presente invenção proporciona péletes revestidos que compreendem(a) um núcleo de pélete que compreende o cloridrato de venlafaxina; (b) um primeiro revestimento que compreende uma camada lipofílica ou uma camada ligeiramente solúvel em água, e (c) um segundo revestimento que compreende um polímero insolúvel em água ou uma mistura de polímeros. Em um outro aspecto da presente invenção proporciona composições que compreendem os péletes revestidos. Em um outro aspecto, a presente invenção proporciona um processo para a preparação dos péletes revestidos cujo processo evita o uso de solventes orgânicos, pelo menos para o segundo revestimento.
