Abstract
"SISTEMA TERAPÊUTICO TRANSDERMAL APROPRIADO PARA O USO TÉRMICO PARA ACELERAR A PERMEAÇÃO DE SUBSTÂNCIAS ATIVAS E USO DO MESMO". A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema terapêutico transdermal (TTS) contendo pelo menos uma substância ativa farmacológica que é apropriada para um aquecimento até uma temperatura situada acima da temperatura da pele para aumentar a permeação da substância ativa, abrangendo pelo menos uma camada posterior impermeável à substância ativa, pelo menos uma camada contendo a substância ativa e uma camada posterior destacável, que é caracterizado pelo fato de que a camada contendo substância ativa consiste preponderantemente em um polissiloxano, em que a substância ativa está parcialmente dissolvida.
