"PROCESSO DE PREPARO DE PRODUTO ALIMENTÍCIO NA FORMA DE SALGADO". Que consubstancia-se num processamento em que, em etapas consecutivas, realiza-se o Processamento da mistura dos produtos, (farinha de milho , Polvilho azedo, água fervendo, óleo, ovos, sendo o recheio preferencialmente de frango, o qual deve ser cozido junto com os temperos, cheiro verde, caldo maggi, aji-no-moto, sal e posteriormente desfiado) numa definição quantitativa e qualitativa, após o que abre-se a massa com as mãos, podendo formar os mais variados formatos e tamanhos, coloca-se o recheio e frita-se o salgado em óleo, ficando pronto para ser degustado.
