Novo alimento lácteo com proteína de soja e do seu processo de fabricação, tratando-se de um alimento semi-sólido a base de queijo minas frescal ou requeijão com proteína de soja, o qual distingue-se dos alimentos conhecidos na mesma linha, por ser único no gênero e se tratar de um alimento especial para ser utilizado em dietas especiais, ou como complemento alimentar, por ter baixo teor de gordura e combater o colesterol, além de, ser rico em proteína vegetal, servindo para a alimentação de crianças e adultos.
