Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA OBTENÇÃO DE FARINHA DE SOJA ORGÂNICA". Compreendendo, após separados os resíduos, terra, folhas e grãos quebrados, após a lavagem do material e a secagem feita ao sol, de forma lenta e natural com revolvimentos das camadas, será feita a torrefação em temperatura controlada até ao ponto desejado, verificado pela visão, tato e paladar ou sabor, seguindo-se o esfriamento em fase lenta, mantida a temperatura ambiente, procedendo-se, após, a moagem até ser atingida a qualidade desejável para a farinha, quando são acrescentadas vitaminas e sais minerais, com ênfase para a dolomita, rica em cálcio e magnésio.
