"DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM PROCESSO DE MONTAGEM DE CALÇADO COM DISPOSITIVO DE ABSORÇÃO DE IMPACTO E PRODUTO RESULTANTE". Representada por uma solução evolutiva baseada na confecção de um processo de montagem de calçado com dispositivo de absorção de impacto elevando assim o grau de conforto físico e satisfação do usuário, sendo composto por um elemento solado de calçado (1), composto por um rebaixo na porção anterior (3) e outro elemento rebaixado na porção posterior (4) ao qual se encaixa o elemento amortecedor (5) obtendo-se assim conjunto solado e amortecedor (6) que uma vez unido ao elemento cabedal montado (11) obtem-se o conjunto final cabedal e solado (12), o qual é complementado pela colocação em seu interior de um elemento palmilha e ou calcanheira (13).
