Abstract
"ADAPTADOR E ESTRUTURA DE RETENÇÃO PARA UMA FERRAMENTA DE IMPACTO". Uma estrutura de escavador de impacto inclui um adaptador em cunha possuindo lados opostos com superfícies superior e inferior que encaixam a porção de envolvimento da haste do escavador. As superfícies superior e inferior divergem a taxas diferentes, de uma extremidade estreita para uma extremidade larga, para melhorar o contato escavador-adaptador. Em uma realização, as superfícies superior e inferior de cada lado são planares e definem um ângulo composto. A taxa diferencial de divergência assegura contato inicial entre o adaptador e a haste em diversas localizações espaçadas para fixação melhorada e posicionamento mais confiável do escavador.
