"PROCESSO E PROCESSO CONTÍNUO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE ÁGUA MINERAL POTÁVEL CONTENDO MAGNÉSIO, ÁGUA MINERAL POTÁVEL PRODUZIDA DE ACORDO COM ESTES PROCESSOS, BEM COMO USO DE ÁGUA MINERAL POTÁVEL". É descrito um processo para produção de água mineral potável contendo magnésio, compreendendo as etapas de: adicionar um sal contendo magnésio a uma amostra de água; dissolver dióxido de carbono na dita amostra de água; e, opcionalmente, adicionar um ou mais compostos contendo carbonato; de modo a prover água potável contendo um valor maior do que 130 mg 1^ -1^ de cátions de magnésio dissolvido, maior do que 650 mg 1^ -1^ de bicarbonato, e tendo um pH entre 6,0 e 8,0.
