Abstract

"MÉTODO PARA PREPARAR DESOXIRRIBONUCLEOTÍDEOS IN VITRO, E, PRODUTO DE DESOXIRRIBONUCLEOTÍDEO". Um método para a preparação in vitro de desoxirribonucleotídeos é descrito. Os desoxirribonucleotídeos na presente invenção são convertidos em ribonucleotídeos extraídos de levedura na presença de RNA redutase de E. coli e um acente redutor.
