A presente invenção refere-se a preparações pulverulentas para inalação contendo um sal de tiotrópio e xinafoato de salmeterol, processos para sua preparação bem como ao seu uso para preparação de um medicamento para o tratamento de doenças do trato respiratório, particularmente para o tratamento de COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease = doença pulmonar obstrutiva crônica) e asma.
