"PEÇA DE AÇO DE CONSTRUÇÃO SOLDÁVEL, PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAÇÃO DE UMA PEÇA DE AÇO SOLDÁVEL E PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAÇÃO DE UMA CHAPA DE AÇO SOLDÁVEL". A presente invenção trata das peças de aço de construção soldável, cuja composição química compreende, em peso: 0,10 % (N - 0,52 AI)^ 2^ + 283, sendo que os teores de silício e de alumínio da composição apresentam ainda as seguintes condições: se C > 0, 145, então Si + AI < 0,95 e cuja estrutura é bainítica, martensítica ou martensito-bainítica e compreende ainda de 3 a 20 % de austenita residual. Processo de fabricação.
