Abstract
"MÉTODO E SISTEMA PARA COMBINAR CÓDIGOS EM DECODIFICADOR EXTERNO EM UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAÇÃO". Um encodificador externo (612) e um encodificador externo (622, 632) encodificam subconjuntos de informações a serem transmitidos, de modo a se aperfeiçoar a proteção pelo acréscimo da redundância. A redundância permite a decodificação das informações a partir de menos de um bloco de informações encodificado completo. A utilização de um combinador (644) e de um decodificador externo (648) permite uma melhor decodificação externa dos símbolos.
