Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÕES DEPÓSITO DE POLÍMERO MULTIMODAIS INJETÁVEIS E SEUS USOS". São providas composições depósito injetáveis que incluem uma matriz de polímero tendo uma pluralidade de polímeros bioerodíveis, biocompatíveis, em que cada polímero da pluralidade de polímeros tem um peso molecular médio especificado; e a matriz de polímero tem uma distribuição de peso molecular ampla da pluralidade de polímeros; um solvente tendo uma miscibilidade em água inferior ou igual a 7% em peso a 25 C, em uma quantidade eficaz para plastificar o polímero e formar um gel com o mesmo; e um agente benéfico. As composições têm comportamento melhorado de afinamento com cisalhamento e força de injeção reduzida, o que torna as composições prontamente implantadas debaixo da superfície do corpo de um paciente por injeção.
