Abstract
"TROCA DE CONTROLADOR DE REDE DE RÁDIO DE EQUIPAMENTO DE INFORMAÇÕES". Uma unidade de transmissão e recebimento sem fio flutuante (WTRU) contém um controlador de rede de rádio flutuante associado (D-RNC) e um controlador de rede de rádio em operação associado (S-RNC). O D-RNC envia mensagem de solicitação para o S-RNC solicitando medições do WTRU flutuante. O S-RNC recebe a mensagem de solicitação e envia mensagem de informação com as medições solicitadas para o D-RNC. O D-RNC recebe a mensagem de informação.
