COMPOSIÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS ESTABILIZADAS COM BASE EM ÓLEO DE RÍCINO POLIOXIETILADO E MÉTODO PARA A FABRICAÇÃO DAS MESMAS. A invenção se refere a uma composição farmacêutica estabilizada compreendendo uma substância farmaceuticamente ativa fracamente solúvel em água, um agente de solubilização com um baixo teor de compostos básicos e ácidos e um solvente orgânico polar, em particular um concentrado para injeção estabilizado, a métodos para o preparo de tais composições farmacêuticas estabilizadas e ao uso de um agente de solubilização com um baixo teor de compostos básicos e ácidos para estabilizar composições farmacêuticas com relação às substâncias farmaceuticamente ativas.
