A presente invenção refere-se geneticamente ao campo do tratamento de doenças auto-imunes, tais como MS (MS), artrite reumatóide (RA) e outras. Descreve-se métodos para tratar e monitorar uma doença auto-imune utilizando peptídeos receptores de células T. Descreve-se também seqüências de ácidos nucléicos e peptídeos de receptores de células T encontrados em uma população de pacientes com MS.
