Abstract
"PANO INDUSTRIAL COM MEIOS PARA A MONITORAÇÃO DE DESGASTE". Um pano industrial da variedade usada na confecção de papel e em indústrias similares tem fios na direção de máquina (MD) e fios na direção transversal de máquina (CD), os quais podem ser intertecidos um com o outro para a formação de uma estrutura tecida. O pano industrial inclui, como pelo menos alguns dos fios MD e/ou CD, fios de bainha / núcleo, os quais têm um fio de núcleo circundado por uma bainha. O fio de núcleo e a bainha são visualmente distinguíveis a olho nu um do outro, tal como por cor, de modo que o desgaste em uma superfície do pano industrial possa ser monitorado visualmente durante sua vida em operação pela mudança visual que se tornaria evidente quando a bainha estivesse desgastada do fio de núcleo.
