Abstract
"MÉTODO E DISPOSITIVOS PARA RECHEAR ENVOLTÓRIOS NATURAIS COM EMULSÃO DE SALSICHA". Um método e estrutura dos envoltórios naturais para rechear (46) com material de salsicha envolve a seleção de uma pluralidade de envoltórios naturais (46) de diferentes comprimentos e diâmetros; o pré-carregamento de cada um dos envoltórios nas mangas de extremidade aberta, ocas e alongadas (30) mais curtos do que os envoltórios (46) e possuindo um diâmetro menor do que os envoltórios pela realização do movimento telescópico dos envoltórios (46) nas superfícies externas das mangas (30), montando de forma deslizante as mangas (30) na extremidade aberta de um tubo de rechear com carne de uma máquina de fabricação de salsicha; a extrusão da emulsão de carne através do tubo de rechear dentro do envoltório montado na manga (30) até que a manga seja removida de forma deslizante a partir do tubo, removendo a manga (30) do tubo de rechear, repetindo o uso da manga pelo pré-carregamento da manga (30) com outro envoltório natural.
