Abstract
"(S) -4- AMINO-5-CLORO-2-METOXI-N- [1-[1-(2-TETRAIDROFURILCARBONIL)-4-PIPERIDINIL-METILI-4-PIPERIDINIL] BENZAMIDA, PROCESSO PARA SUA PREPARAÇÃO, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA CONTENDO O MESMO E INTERMEDIÁRIOS OBTIDOS DESTA FORMA". O composto (S) - 4 - amino - 5 - cloro - 2 - metóxi - N - [ 1 - [1 - (2 - tetraidrofuril - carbonil) - 4 - piperidinil - metill - 4 - piperidinil] benzamida da fórmula (I); ou um seu sal com adição de um ácido farmaceuticamente aceitável ou um seu hidrato, é útil como um intensificador da motilidade intestinal ou um agente pró-cinético gastrointestinal, que apresenta uma afinidade potente pelo receptor 5 - HT~ 4~ e apresenta poucos efeitos para o coração e também apresenta poucos efeitos colaterais no sistema nervoso central baseado no receptor dopamina D~ 2~. Um processo para preparar o composto, uma composição farmacêutica contendo o mesmo e um intermediário obtido através desse processo são também descritos.
