Abstract
"MÉTODOS E COMPOSIÇÕES PARA TRATAMENTO DE DISTÚRBIOS E DOENÇAS AUTO-IMUNES/INFLAMATÓRIAS MEDIADOS POR CÉLULA T EM INDIVÍDUOS TENDO UMA DEFICIÊNCIA DE REGULAÇÃO DE GLICOCORTICÓIDE". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para prevenção ou tratamento de uma doença ou distúrbio inflamatório / auto-imune mediado por célula T em um indivíduo tendo uma deficiência de regulação de glicocorticóide, onde o método compreende administrar a um indivíduo com necessidade de tal tratamento um inibidor de ciclooxigenase-2. O inibidor de Cox-2 pode ser administrado em combinação com um glicocorticóide. O inibidor de Cox-2 pode ser um inibidor seletivo de Cox-2. Composições, composições farmacêuticas e kits são fornecidos para a execução do método.
