Abstract
"DERIVADOS SUBSTITUÍDOS DE PIRAZINA". A presente invenção proporciona derivados de pirazina substituída de Fórmula I, que são antagonistas do receptor CRF~ 1~, incluindo receptores CRF~ 1~ humanos. Esta invenção relaciona-se também com a utilização de compostos da invenção para tratar uma doença ou estado, cujo tratamento pode ser efectuado ou facilitado pela antagonização de um receptor de CRF, tais como doenças do SNC, em particular perturbações relacionadas com a ansiedade e perturbações do humor.
