A presente invenção refere-se a corantes de fórmula geral (I) na qual: X~ 1~ é um radical -CH~ 2~CH~ 2~Z ou -CH=CH~ 2~, Z sendo um grupo eliminável por álcali; X~ 2~ é alquila, alcoxi, halogênio, COOM OU SO~ 3~M; X~ 3~ é um grupo reativo heterocíclico de fórmula geral (IIa) ou (IIb) ou um grupo reativo de fórmula (IIc), (IId) ou (IIe) as variáveis indicadas sendo como definidas na reivindicação 1, a processos para preparação dos mesmos e ao uso deles para tingimento e estampagem de material contendo hidroxila e/ou carboxamido.
