Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAÇÃO DE PERINDO-PRIL DE ALTA PUREZA E INTERMEDIÁRIOS ÚTEIS NA SÍNTESE". A presente invenção refere-se a ácido 1-{2(S)-[1(S)-(etoxicarbonil)butilamino]propionil}-(3aS,7aS)octaidroindol-2(S)-carboxílico da Fórmula I e o seu sal t-butilamina da Fórmula I livre de contaminações deriváveis de diciclohexil carbodilmida, e um processo para a sua preparação. A invenção também refere-se a novos intermediários da fórmula geral III (onde R representa alquila inferior ou aril-alquila inferior). O composto da Fórmula I - perindopril - é um conhecido inibidor de ACE.
