São descritos perfis para conformar um painel exterior de carroceria para um veículo motorizado, ditos perfis (10) em material termoplástico, tal como o Poli(Cloreto de Vinila) (PVC), preenchidos com concreto ou espuma de poliuretano para conformar um painel de carroceria. O processo de montagem prevê o encaixe dos perfis (10) à estrutura metálica (20) de suporte de uma carroceria.
