A presente invenção em apenas dois elementos, conjuga as funções de reduzir a acústica das descargas de vasos sanitários e consumo de água das mesmas, proporcionando, assim, maior conforto e economia. O dito redutor é reconstituido de duas borrachas circulares com autovedantes que coincidirão com o diâmetro do assento do vaso sanitário e de suas respectiva tampa, conforme modelos e marcas dos fabricantes.
