O dito suporte é confeccionado em tecido de lycra, malha e elanca, podendo ser fechado com colchetes e velcro. É confeccionado nos tamanhos pequeno, médio, grande e extra grande. Seguindo o padrão central dos moldes das bolsas coletoras de fezes já existente. A citada invenção do suporte para bolsas coletoras, foi criada com a finalidade de proporcionar tranqüilidade, conforto e segurança aos ostomizados.
