Abstract

"COMPOSTO DE PALÁDIO COM DESOXIALIINA, PROCESSO DE PREPARAÇÃO DESTE COMPOSTO E AGENTE COM ATIVIDADE ANTIPROLIFERATIVA E CITOTÓXICA SOBRE CÉLULAS TUMORAIS, OBTIDO A PARTIR DO COMPOSTO". especialmente desenvolvido contra células da linhagem tumoral HeLa. O composto apresenta fórmula molecular Pd(C~ 6~H~ 10~NO~ 2~S)~ 2~, sendo preparado pela reação entre tetracloropaladato de lítio e desoxialiina, possuindo atividade antiproliferativa e citotóxica em células da linhagem tumoral HeLa. Com base nesta atividade é possível inferir que este composto possui potencial para ser utilizado em preparações farmacêuticas no tratamento de tumores e/ou câncer.
