De acordo com a invenção, o método destaca-se pelo fato de dados para o controle dos caixas de correio eletrônicas serem armazenados em um servidor, convertidos em instruções de comando para o controle das caixas de correio e de as instruções de comando serem transferidas às caixas de correio por meio de uma interface.
