Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÕES FARMACÊUTICAS PRÓ-MICELA". A presente invenção provê composições pró-micela compreendendo agente farmaceuticamente ativo encapsulado com uma membrana de ácidos graxos C~ 12~-C~ 18~ esterificados. No intestino do mamífero, a exposição a ácidos graxos C~ 12~-C~ 18~ resulta em conversão da pró-micela a uma micela estável que distribui eficazmente o agente farmaceuticamente ativo à circulação sistêmica. A presente invenção também provê processos de fabricação e uso de tais composições.
