"ANTICORPO RECOMBINANTE ANTI-OSTEOPONTINA E USO DO MESMO". No qual pelo menos uma região constante na cadeia pesada e na cadeia leve foram convertidas dentro de regiões humanas originais e o qual inibe a ligação de uma integrina que reconhece a seqüência RGD para a osteopontina ou seus fragmentos e inibe a ligação de uma integrina que reconhece a seqüência SVVYGLR ou uma seqüência correspondente da mesma para a osteopontina ou seus fragmentos. Este anticorpo é útil como um remédio para doenças autoimunes e um remédio para reumatismo ou artrite reumatóide. Assim, é provido um método para tratar doenças autoimunes, reumatismo ou artrite reumatóide. Este anticorpo anti-osteopontina é útil em diagnósticos de reumatismos, e também em um método para diagnosticar artrite reumatóide.
