Abstract
"MÉTODOS PARA PRODUZIR POLIPEPTÍDEOS EM CÉLULAS EUCARIÓTICAS, PARA CULTIVAR CÉLULAS EUCARIÓTICAS E PARA COLHER POLIPEPTÍDEOS PRODUZIDOS POR CÉLULAS EUCARIÓTICAS". A invenção proporciona um método para produzir polipeptídeos em cultura de células eucarióticas em microveículos, sendo que o método compreende as etapas de (i) cultivar células que expressam referido polipeptídeo sobre microveículos em condições e a uma temperatura de ponto de ajuste apropriadas para expressão do referido polipeptídeo; (ii) resfriar a cultura a uma temperatura predeterminada abaixo de referido ponto de ajuste; (iii) sedimentar os microveículos; e (iv) colher todo ou parte do meio de cultura.
