"COMPOSTO, PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DO MESMO, FORMULAÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, USO DE UM COMPOSTO, E, MÉTODOS PARA INIBIR A SECREÇÃO DE ÁCIDO GÁSTRICO, PARA TRATAR DOENÇAS GASTRINTESTINAIS INFLAMATÓRIAS, E PARA TRATAR OU PROFILAXIA DE CONDIÇÕES ENVOLVENDO INFECÇÃO POR HELICOBACTER PYLORI DE MUCOSA GÁSTRICA HUMANA". A invenção atual refere-se a derivados de imidazopiridina da fórmula (1) os quais inibem de forma exógena ou endógena a secreção de ácido gástrico e portanto podem ser utilizados na prevenção e tratamento de doenças inflamatórias gastrintestinais.
