Abstract
"PARTES DE METAL SINTERIZADO COM DISTRIBUIÇÃO HOMOGÊNEA DE COMPONENTES FUNDIDOS NÃO HOMOGENEAMENTE, ASSIM COMO PROCESSOS PARA SUA FABRICAÇÃO". A invenção refere-se a uma parte de metal sinterizado com uma distribuição homogênea de componentes fundidos não homogeneamente, compreendendo essencialmente misturas de pós de metais não ferrosos fundidos não homogeneamente, produzida da seguinte maneira: sinterização sob pressão isostática contínua do material de partida para obter densidades que correspondem substancialmente à densidade de um sólido prensado isostaticamente em temperatura elevada tendo a mesma composição, utilizando uma matriz em condições de evitar a ocorrência de uma fase líquida no pó a temperaturas de até 70 % do ponto de fusão do metal, preferivelmente de até 60 % do ponto de fusão do metal, formando um perfil sinterizado possuindo substancialmente o contorno final.
