Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE L-RIBAVIRINA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de L-ribavirina em uma escala industrial o qual compreende a reação de glicosilação de triazóis 3-substituídos na presença de um ácido de Lewis e de um solvente. O referido processo compreende: a) a reação de um triazol de fórmula com uma L-ribofuranose protegida de fórmula b) a remoção dos grupos Pg e, opcionalmente, a conversão em um grupo carboxiamida do grupo R~ 2~ do composto obtido de fórmula para produzir L-ribavirina.
