Os extratos secos para o núcleo podem ser selecionados a partir do grupo consistindo de extratos de Vitex agnus castus (Chaste Tree); Belamcanda chinensis (leopard lily/blackberry lily) ; Cimicífuga racemosa (Black Cohosh); Trifolium pratense L. (Purple Trefoil); Oenothera biennis hom. (Primrose); Glycine soja (soja); Serenoa repens (Saw Palmetto); Urtica dioica (ortiga), em particular sua raiz; Cucurbita pepo (abóbora), em particular sua semente; Pygeum africanum; bem como misturas desses.
