Abstract
"USO DE ERITRITOL E D-TAGATOSE EM PRODUTOS ALIMENTÍCIOS E BEBIDAS DE ZERO OU BAIXA CALORIA". Inclui-se uma combinação de um ou mais adoçantes não nutritivos, um álcool de açúcar e D-tagatose num produto alimentício ou bebida de zero ou baixa caloria a fim de obter um sabor substancialmente semelhante àquele de um produto alimentício ou bebida integral (caloria plena). A combinação é apropriada para o uso em bebidas carbonatadas geladas de zero ou baixa caloria.
